Description:
This is the Savannah branch of a three-member chain that does a roaring business in other parts of coastal South Carolina and Georgia. It occupies a high-ceilinged former storefront along Savannah's main downtown shopping corridor -- a welcome alternative to a constant dose of regional cuisine. Menu items come in whatever degree of spiciness you specify, and might include spring rolls, satay skewers with peanut sauce; and your choice of chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, tofu, or vegetables prepared with ginger sauce, garlic sauce, or various curries. An ongoing favorite is lemon-grass chicken topped with peanut sauce and served with rice.
