Top 10:

Hotels Near Ferry Terminal, Seattle, WA

  • The Best of NileGuide
  • With the largest ferry system in the United States, a trip across the Puget Sound might be on your list of things to do in Seattle - and with so many nearby hotels to choose from, you can do everything from a trip to Bainbridge to a water taxi to Alki Beach. From luxury to budget, there's several hotels near the ferry terminal to choose from.

If you're into history, art, and/or nightlife, the Best Western in Pioneer Square is the closest bet to the pier. The Courtyard by Marriott and Hilton's Doubletree Arctic Club are just a few blocks behind that, each about a five minute walk to the ferry terminal.

With a name like "Harbor Steps," you know it's got to be close - the Inn at Harbor Steps on 1st Avenue is built down the hill to Western and Alaskan, with a grand staircase that brings you right down to the Waterfront and the piers. The Alexis is just a block or two south of Harbor Steps, a great choice for those looking for luxury and boutique.

Another luxury option is the ever-classy Fairmont Olympic - and if you don't stay there, at least take a stroll by to admire the Renaissance architecture. The Four Seasons is another luxury option just a few blocks from the Waterfront.

The Seattle ferries are wired with wi-fi, and if that's they're greatest feature in your opinion, the Hotel 1000 on 1st Avenue might be the hotel for you. Not only is it walking distance to the ferry terminals, it's the most high-tech hotel in the city - they've even got a complete virtual reality golf club with dozens of courses.
