• Just minutes from downtown, north of the University of Washington, you'll find this bright spot with walls painted peach, a green ceiling with chandeliers and white tablecloths. The menu is no less colorful or innovative. The favorite stuffed peppers entree is filled with breadcrumbs, raisins, Spanish olives and gherkins. The peppers are roasted then set atop a flavorful white wine and cilantro reduction. A vegetable-stuffed tortilla is topped with Edam cheese. The restaurant takes no reservations.
