- Located in a nondescript parking lot, this ramshackle building looks like the kind of greasy spoon that seldom passes health inspection. But fear not. The incredible fish-and-chips are made with very fresh fish. The burgers are enormous, the unpeeled fries greasy, the shakes (with real fruit in season) thick enough to eat with a spoon. This eatery has been around since the 1962 Seattle World's Fair. You'll think the Microsoft revolution never happened. Most people get their goodies to go.
