- Unusual for a hotel restaurant, this Asian-themed Paramount Hotel hot spot serves up fun as well as exotic dishes and drinks. Bright and cheerful, the Pan-Asian decor complements the menu. And there are two open cooking areas, entertainment for the hungry patrons. The menu features the best of Japanese, Chinese and Thai cuisines. The kitchen does quite well with seafood. The popular bar serves small dishes and items to share. The drinks are excellent, and Happy Hour prices are quite reasonable. The restaurant serves American-style breakfasts 7a-10a.
