Kabul - Seattle

  • Description:

    • This restaurant is special and not just because there aren't a lot of authentic Afghan restaurants in Seattle, but also because the Afghani owners do the cuisine so well. Pasta in a Yogurt-Garlic Sauce, Basmati Rice topped with Spinach in a Lamb Sauce and Sauteed Eggplant are samples of the menu. Kebabs of beef, chicken and lamb are popular as well and there are also a number of vegetarian entrees. For dessert, try the homemade Pistachio Rosewater Ice Cream. Live sitar music plays Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7p-9p.

      Authentic Afghani food in Wallingford

    • There aren't many places to get Afghan food in Seattle, and this is one of the best. A tad pricey, but the food is worth it. Go at 8:00 pm or so to get the best of the experience.
