Misoya Sushi

• Misoya is hidden away in a tiny strip mall. The only indication of the restaurant from the road is a sandwich board sign that says "Sushi" with an arrow. But despite its modern outward appearance, Misoya is a treat to behold, nicely decorated and upscale-looking inside. Plus, the food here makes it worth the 20-minute trip north of Seattle. Their expertly crafted, extremely fresh sushi is simply perfection. Tightly rolled and perfectly spiced and seasoned, each bite is to be savored.
