Located in the Westin Hotel, the elegant restaurant has a traditional design with sushi bar, tatami-mat rooms and robata counter. Starters include Steamed Asparagus with sesame-miso dressing and Giant Geoduck Clams sauteed in butter and sake. Entrees include Albacore Tuna, seared outside and rare inside, and Black Cod Marinated in Sake Lees. There is a separate lunch menu.
