Patterned after the much-lauded gastropubs of London, Quinn's is the latest restaurant concept from local kitchen legend Scott Staples, whose Restaurant Zoë is one of my favorite Belltown eateries. This place is casual and boisterous, but the food is great and the beer list, heavy on Belgian beers, is one of the best in the city. If you're looking for comfort food, consider the wild-boar sloppy joe or the fish and chips. Foodies looking for something more creative might want to opt for the foie gras and chicken-liver mousse. Don't be fooled by the price range I've listed; this is a mix-and-match small-plates sort of place, and your tab will add up quickly.
