• As the name suggests, oysters are the focus of this downtown restaurant, located in the Four Seasons Olympic Hotel. Twelve local varieties of oysters are available in single servings, by the half dozen and by the dozen. The restaurant has dark wood and a high ceiling, similar to a traditional pub, and dress is fairly casual. Highlights of the menu include Oyster Soup, Honey Roasted Salmon and Ahi Tuna Steak. Many non-seafood favorites are offered as well.
