Since most of the staff in this sunny taqueria speaks little English, any Español at all will help when ordering. Meats--including cabeza (beef cheeks), slow-cooked carnitas (pork) and even lengua (tongue)--are marinated in chili-infused sauces. The menu offers everything from flautas to whole fried fish.
