• Thomas Street Bistro is a neighborhood restaurant featuring French Mediterranean home-style cooking on Seattle's Capitol Hill. Established in 2007 and located in a century-old brick building, we evolved from a small café known only to neighborhood residents to a popular dinner destination. The Bistro has become well known for 'real' food, freshly prepared from produce bought daily at local independent markets.
