Description:
Famous among locals for exquisite food and outstanding service, Wild Ginger offers both regular seating and a large satay bar, where you can watch dishes go from raw to delectable.
The cuisine covers a continent, including influences from the Pacific Rim, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. Everything down to the egg noodles and coconut milk are made from scratch and turned into dishes such as kurobuta pork with golden raisin plum sauce, pan-fried crab cakes, Malaysian seafood bouillabaisse, duck with sweet plum sauce and "Monk's Curry" with eggplant, spiced tofu, green beans and peanuts in a Thai curry sauce.
