Description:
Here's a museum where touching is not only allowed – it's encouraged. Located next to the Northwest Seaport/Maritime Heritage Center, this center is dedicated to historic wooden boats. After strolling around to have a peek at all the sailboats and rowboats, you can actually rent the boat of your choice and take it out onto Lake Union for anywhere between $15 and $45 an hour. And if you're out on Sunday between 2pm and 3pm, rides are free.
