- This short loop trail features interpretive signs which explain how pioneers and forest workers carved out a living during the early years on the Olympic Peninsula. The Sol Duc River, lush rain forest vegetation, and towering conifers add scenic beauty to this trail.
The trailhead for the Pioneers Path Nature Trail is inside Klahowya Campground, 9 miles west of Lake Crescent on Highway 101.
