A grassy square with little more than a playground, a gentle slope and towering chestnut trees, it's a civilized corner of north Capitol Hill. Pick up a pizza at Pagliacci's up the hill on 10th, or eclairs at Le Fournil on Eastlake and flop down on the grass for the afternoon.
