Seattle Arts and Lectures Series (SAL)

Seattle Arts and Lectures Series (SAL) - Seattle

  • Description:

    • This year-round, evening lecture series is Seattle's highbrow ritual of choice. Guests of honor at Benaroya Hall include literary luminaries and prominent intellectuals. Toni Morrison and John Updike have visited, as did architect Frank O. Gehry, who designed Seattle's new Experience Music Project. Tickets can be hard to find for the biggest names. A separate poetry series is presented at A Contemporary Theatre. See website for complete event calendar.
