St. Joseph's Parish - Seattle

  • Description:

    • Built in 1930, this concrete church has a modern yet majestic design. The Seattle Post-Intelligencer and the Seattle chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) selected the building as one of Seattle's architecturally significant buildings. The simple, elegant interior has mosaic work reminiscent of the Byzantine style. The rose windows over the altar are of a medieval Gothic style. This Jesuit church has over 50 ministries. Mass is held on the weekend and during the week. Call for schedule and other information.
