Volunteer Park Conservatory

Volunteer Park Conservatory - Seattle

  • Description:

    • Since 1912, this Victorian conservatory/greenhouse modeled after the Crystal Palace in London has stood in gorgeous Volunteer Park in Capitol Hill and is home to an incredible collection of both tropical and desert plants. The collection is cared for by professional horticulturists employed by the Seattle Department of Parks and Recreation. Don't let the rain stop you from doing something outdoorsy in nature – the conservatory is completely covered.
