Is there a car rental company with reasonable rates for a 1-way trip from Phoenix to Flagstaff (near Amtrak station)? How about shuttle service from Phoenix- to Sedona-Grand Canyon-Flagstaff?

I find that National Rent-a-Car is the least expensive company for one-way rentals.
