• A top-notch hotel, it's located right next to the COEX Mall and the World Trade Center. Don't judge a hotel by its exterior, since the interior is much nicer than you would expect by looking at the bland exterior of the building. The lobby, the rooms, and the facilities are all spacious and impeccably clean. The friendly staff speaks excellent English and provides wonderful service. The remodeled rooms are definitely contemporary without feeling too impersonal -- they're tastefully done in dark wood. The beds are a bit on the firm side, as they are at most Korean hotels, but here they're a notch above, comfort-wise. Bathrooms are spacious -- again, a rarity in Korea. The restaurants are overpriced, even for a hotel of this caliber, but offer good Western and Korean fare.
