That depends on which branch you're talking about.
I'm assuming it's the closest one to the hotel, which is the one in Jamsil, next to Lotte World.
It's relatively close, just about 15 min. by taxi, and the fare should be less than 5000 Won, depending on traffic.
By bus, it would take about 30 min. with a fare of 1000 Won. (Take the #362 bus from across the main avenue, and it will drop you off right in front of Lotte World.)
If it's the main branch in downtown Seoul, it should take about 30 min. by taxi, depending on traffic, and the fare anywhere between 8,000-10,000 Won.
I would recommend taxi+subway, which would take about 45-50 min. Taxi fare to Apgujong Station would be the base fare of 2400 Won, + subway fare of 1000 Won.
Take the subway at Apgujong Station, transfer to the green #2 line at Euljiro 3-ga Station, get off at Euljiro 1-ga Station, and go out through exit# 7.
