• Description:

    • Abantal elegantly combines tradition with a modern dining experience. White walls and tablecloths against sleek wooden floors decorate a spacious, luminous dining room with a classic look. Young chef Julio Fernández creatively elaborates a traditional Andalucían menu fused with Moroccan flavors and his own professional touch. Start out with foie gras terrine over carrot and orange compote and Cabernet Sauvignon caramel. For dinner, choose from flavorful dishes like suckling goat leg with pear and goat cheese stew or snapper with apples, celery salad, and fish consommé. Tasting menus include seven to nine courses paired with top-quality wines, and the chef is known to personally thank his guests for their visit. Fernández is an excellent pastry chef, so be sure to save room for the almond sponge cake with lemon-thyme ice cream and honey caramel. A must for foodies—it's no surprise that Abantal has been recognized by the Michelin Guide.
