Description:
- In the Spring, El Buzo is a resting place for the people who participate in the Holy Week parades and who, on their way back home, walk to the rhythm of the music of the bullring. In the Autumn, their terrace, they say, has the sun as a lodger. During Easter week, the bulls accompany the diners in the Buzo, situated a few meters from the Real Maestranza bullring. Decorated with ceramics from Triana, this restaurant claims to serve the best ham in the area. Amongst the delicacies of the house, try the fish dishes of Andalusia and Galicia, eaten under the attentive gaze of the Virgin of Piedad that hangs in the dining room. Another corner proudly displays photographs of Faraon de Camas, the most revered bullfighter on the banks of the Guadalquivir river, whose real name is Curro Romero.
