Description:
- The origin of the Seises goes back to the 16th century, as choirboys assisted at Mass and sang and danced to religious songs. Today, the children that form part of this liturgical tradition are part of Our Lady of the Kings Choir School, performing in The Dance of the Seises throughout the year: during the Triduo of Carnival (February), Corpus Christi (June), and the Immaculate Conception Feast (December). The traditional outfits are of special note, as is the use of the traditional castanets and, of course, the dance itself. Admission is free, while it's open everyday from 5:30p.
