Museo de los Carruajes

Description:

  • This museum, located in the busy Plaza de Cuba, holds carriages from many different time periods. Here, you can enjoy viewing many types of horse-drawn carriages, from those used to parade through the city's streets decorated with flowers, shawls, and bells for the April Fair or for other important events, to those used as a means of transportation for farmers from the outskirts of Seville or from nearby villages and townships. You can still see these carriages carrying the city's visitors through herstreets, presenting them to the most emblematic places of Seville. Admission is free.
