Tired of all the same slick trance and techno? Mix it up at this former bomb shelter (hence the name), which has become the place for alternative indie music in town. Great DJs (who sometimes spin soul too), a large dance floor with rooms in the back, and reasonably priced drinks (how does ¥20/$2.85/£1.43 for drafts and ¥30-¥40/$4.30-$5.70/£2.15-£2.85 for mixed drinks sound?) make this a popular hangout for the young and the restless expat set. 9pm to 2am (Wed to Sun later).
