Hey Bro! Surfs up in Shanghai and California cuisine is ready to greet you upon arrival after a hard day of touring. Cali kitchens can be a hard thing to forget once you've had a taste of authentic California cuisine Stateside. Shanghai's Cali and American-Cali restaurants will curb your appetite or at least carry you over until you return to Cali.
First on the list for healthy American cuisines is Element Fresh. Here you'll find healthy shakes, green cuisine, healthy snacks and delicious and innovative soups. The entire menu is healthy and fresh, and you won't feel like you are in China at all once you step inside Element Fresh.
Though not Californian at all, its amusing to see what passes for West Coast Cuisine. The California Beef Noodle establishment is a tasty Chinese restaurant that has absolutely nothing to do with California.
Wagas, Boxing Cat Brewery and Pier 39 are all Californian restaurants that are well known and frequented establishments. The Brewery is especially popular after the sun sets, while the soup at Pier 39 is legendary.
