  • The Best of NileGuide
  • Shanghai is a city for fun. With an active nightlife, you know its a city that doesn't take itself too seriously. You'll find fun clubs to join (even if just for the day), go karting, golf, climbing, Frisbee in the parks, and even a psychedelic experience through an underwater tunnel or a visit to the wild a animal park! What better way to spend the day then seeing what Shanghai has for day-to-day fun.

The Shanghai Disc Go-Karting Club makes any afternoon more fun! Stop by for the day or just enjoy a few laps around the rink. Either way, you're sure to remember your Shanghai driving experience.

The Golf Club in Shanghai offers the chance to practice your game in another country while enjoy the company of other enthusiasts.

The Masterhand Climbing Club does trips outside the city to free climb, as well as hosting events on the climbing wall. For a much-needed climb, this is a good place to start while abroad.

Want to drink, run, socialize and enjoy new company?-- If so, the Hash House Harriers are the club for you. Meet weekly to exercise and then recess with this international group of runners.

Two fun transportation-style activities in Shanghai are the Psychedelic Tunnel, which offers a means of getting across the river in a fun and lively way, and the Maglev, which is the world's fastest train and runs to the international airport from Pudong.

For some fun in the sun, head to the Botanical Gardens, Wold Animal Park or Fuxing Park. You'll find fun places to play Frisbee, fly a kite or simply enjoy your friend's good company.
