Hongkou/Yangpu Districts
In northeast Puxi, Hongkou and Yangpu remain relatively residential and untouched by Shanghai's construction craze. Hongkou, famously home to European Jewish refugees in World War II, today holds several parks and the Lu Xun memorial.
