Start with the Jin Pai Xian Xia Jiao—delicate little shrimp dumplings in a bamboo bowl. The Mi Zhi Cha Shao Su is a great filler; it's a golden baked cake with barbecued pork drenched in honey. Polish things off with the Lian Ou Jian Yu Bing, a lotus root and fish pie—it's not as awful as it sounds. For those who like to stick with the tried and true, an array of noodle and rice dishes are on the menu too.
