Description:
- Bei's opened in fancy residential district, Gu Bei. Accordingly, dark marble floors and dim lighting over the paintings dominate the interior of the two-story building. This small gallery features mostly overseas Chinese artists from Australia and the USA, and several well-known artists from Mainland China. Oil paintings in western tradition dominate the style, and the exhibits change on a regular basis. While there is no cafe inside the building and no reading material available, the surrounding area offers many possibilities to sit down with a cup of coffee.
