    • It's hard to believe this eccentric boutique hotel on the outskirts of Chinatown was once a public school. All traces of institutional ambiance have been washed away with bright colors and retro-themed furniture. There are seven room categories ranging from modest Superiors to outlandish Theme Suites (with round waterbeds and Jacuzzi tubs). No matter which you book you're guaranteed to have a memorable stay and enjoy the big screen TV and complimentary wireless internet access.  Facilities include a fitness center, restaurant, and reasonably priced spa. Hotel Re!'s location on a quiet hillside is a bit out of the way, but a hotel shuttle service is available.

      Can't fault it

    • I stayed at Hotel Re! for 5 nights on a business trip to Singapore. My company put me up there so I had no choice in the hotel. To be honest, I probably would not have picked this one...
