Nice 4-star hotel smack in the middle of town...some downsides

I stayed there for 2 nights while on a business trip. It is situated right on top of one of SIngapore';s big shopping mall, and on walking distance from the famous Raffles hotel....

Very disappointed with this place room needs refurbishing toilet seat broken and the toilet was leaking my wife fell off the toilet seat and hurt her ribs and the hotel was not interested...

I was disappointed with the quality of rooms compared to what it was when i had visited earlier. The only advantage it offers is a magnificient view, esp if you are on the top floors....
