- As the name hints, Breko Café is a popular spot for morning meals. Located in Holland Village, Breko is at its busiest on Sunday mornings when expats come for a leisurely brunch of eggs, toast, bacon and pancakes accompanied by excellent (and refillable) coffee. Though breakfast is the most popular meal, the kitchen is open all day and serves homestyle Western food like burgers, sandwiches, grilled chicken, and salads. Breko stays open quite late all night on Fridays and Saturdays and its laid-back atmosphere and reasonably-priced beer make it an equally popular chill-out spot for night owls.
