- Cuisines: Seafood, Belgian
NileGuide Expert Says:
The best spot for Moules Frites in town
- This casual Belgian bar and bistro is nestled in amongst the bars and restaurants or pedestrian Robertson Quay, and is a huge favourite with local residents and expats. While there are other items on the menu, such as salads, duck confit, roasted cod fillet, braised veal cheek etc, it is the large pots of mussels with a selection of delicious sauces, dished up with free-flow hand-cut chips that keeps everybody coming back for more. A huge selection of draught and bottled beers are perfect for washing it all down with.
Its pedestrian outlook make this a popular choice with families, particularly at weekends when Brussel Sprouts offer all children under the age of 10 eat for free between 12 noon and 3pm (Friday – Sunday).
