Lamb, duck, salmon, kipper—you name it and it can be found here, cooked in the Scottish fashion. Two hundred kinds of the famed Scotch single malt whiskeys are on offer here. Traditional desserts like cranachan and wild blueberries crumble make a sweet end to a wonderful meal. Highlander Restaurant & Bar was also the venue for the inaugural Whiskey Galore Festival 2007.
