- Opened on 28th April 2011, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon and its sister restaurant Joël Robuchon Restaurant at Resorts World Sentosa are Mr Robuchon's first foray into Southeast Asia. But the chef needs no introduction - a true legend in the culinary world, Mr Robuchon has a staggering 26 Michelin stars to his name, from his 22 restaurants which span ten cities across the globe.
L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon is the more casual of the two restaurants. Drawing inspiration from the simplicity of Japanese cuisine and the vibrant atmosphere in Spanish tapas bars, the Atelier - meaning workshop – provides an informal, yet theatrical dining experience.
Kitted out entirely in black and red furnishings, L'Atelier is a unique dining concept where chefs can experiment and create, working on new ideas and fusing different concepts reflective of the locale. This presentation immerses guests in a dining experience where guests are part of the action, separated only by a counter between kitchen and main dining area, encouraging interaction between chefs and guests.
Choose to sit at the counter or in the main dining area, and take your pick from the ala carte menu which offers both classic and tasting portions, or go for the blow-out with an 8-course degustation menu.
Open for dinner daily from 5.30pm – 11.00pm.
