    • One of Singapore's most renowned French restaurants, Le Saint Julien serves up classic French fine-dining cuisine with enviable views over Marina Bay. Helmed by Chef Julien Bompard alongside his wife and hostess Edith Lai, the restaurant boasts several accolades, including Best French Restaurant by Singapore Business Review in 2008 and 2009. Treat yourself to Caviar de France and French Oysters to begin, before tackling classic favourites such as Lobster Bisque, Foie Gras, French Onion Soup, Filet de Boeuf and Medallions of Roast Lamb. Just be sure to save room for the fabulous desserts and a selection of cheese from the Fromagerie trolley. An impressive wine list is on offer to accompany the cuisine, which won Le Saint Julien the honour of Best French Wine List from Wine & Dine magazine in 2009.
