    • Often regarded as one of Singapore's very best restaurants, Les Amis dishes up fine dining French cuisine in a plush and sophisticated setting. Diners can expect a flawless gastronomic experience with dishes such as Hungarian Goose Foie Gras with balsamic glazed cherries, almond "dragees" and almond milk, and Anjou Pigeon with sunchoke puree, confit red cabbage and sweet corn. One of the highlights is the cheese gueridon service, where guests are at liberty to choose from a large array of cheeses from the trolley. The restaurant also boasts one of the most extensive wine lists in Asia, with more than 2000 bottles available for your perusal. Real gourmands should book the Chef's Table, with a front-row view of the Les Amis kitchen at work.
