This is the first Morton's restaurant outside the U.S. and for the uninitiated, to call Morton's a steakhouse seems a disservice to the incredibly high quality of the food on offer. But what steaks they are; to guide you in your choice, the waiter will heave an enormous platter over to your table, laden with sample cuts of American and Australian prime beef. The seafood is equally superb, with large and fresh lobsters, oysters, and shrimp vying for your attention. Even the vegetables are brought by the personable and knowledgeable waitstaff for inspection. Whatever cut you prefer, it will be flavorsome, succulent, and cooked to absolute perfection. I challenge you to leave room for the signature melting chocolate cake.
