- Located in a 1910 Peranakan shop house,Que Pasa is highly popular with the expatriate crowd. With benches, wooden tables and large wine barrels doubling as table tops, rustic charm prevails. The second level is more relaxed and practices the policy of bottle sales only. This wine bar houses a large selection of wine, port, sherry, Spanish tapas and cigars. It also carries San Miguel Premium beer as well as the local Tiger brand.
