Since its inception in 2000, Emmanuel Stroobant's stunning French restaurant has received many awards and accolades, including being voted Best Restaurant of the Year 2007 at the World Gourmet Summit and admitted into the exclusive group of Relais & Chateaux hotels and restaurants in 2008. The menu inlcudes the traditionally French, such as the Foie Gras Classique - classic pan-fried foie gras with caramelised green apples and old port sauce, as well as combining Japanese influences, as seen in the Hand Rolled Armagnac Marinated Foie Gras Terrine Maki with grilled lobster salad and white truffle snow. No a la carte menu is available but the 5 course demi-degustation menu, 6 course classic menu and 9 course degustation menu are all offered with wine pairing if required. A set lunch offers excellent value for money.
