Description:

• One of Spain's most famous exports, chef Santi Santamaria made his name with his Barcelona restaurant Can Fabes, which earned him three coveted Michelin stars. Santi, his first restaurant in Asia, explores chef Santamaria's Catalan roots, whilst adding a distinctive Asian twist.
  
  Having caused much controversy for his disparaging comments against the molecular gastronomy movement, you can be assured that the cuisine offered at Santi will be noticeable for its simplicity – allowing the freshest of seasonal ingredients to provide exquisite flavour to the dishes.
  
  With set menus changing daily, you can look forward to hearty dishes such as Suckling Pig or Braised Beef Cheek with summer truffle sauce or Catalan Fish Stew, seafood favourites such as Spiny Lobster with Foie Gras and Spiced Sauce, and tempting desserts such as Japanese Peaches with marinated figs and Szechuan pepper ice cream.
