Animal and Bird Encounters

Description:

• Get up close and personal with furry, feathered, and scaly critters at the Animal Encounters shows held at the amphitheatre at Sentosa's Palawan Beach. Each show has a different theme and might include appearances by playful macaque monkeys, chatty parrots, or huge pythons. The animal trainers introduce the animals and educate the audience with facts about their behaviors and what they like to eat. Some animals even perform a few tricks and get rewarded with a treat. Each show lasts about 20 minutes and there are opportunities to talk to the trainers and take photos with the animals afterward. A variety of Animal Encounter shows run throughout the day and admission is free. -Tanya Procyshyn
