One of the oldest of its kind in Singapore, this shopping mall is teeming with rows and rows of shops dealing in transistor radios, tape decks, laser disc players and digital cameras. The stores on the upper floors provide good bargains on computers and CDs, attracting tourists and locals alike. Merchants here often undercut prices, but do take time to shop around, compare prices and haggle a little. Be sure to insist on detailed receipts and international guarantees.
