Lodging for a 3-star hotels is about US$230-280 for a normal standard room, during normal season.

Transportation can be very cheap if you choose to travel by public buses and trains (not taxi). You can check out this site - www.gothere.sg to find out the approximate fare in taxi, bus or train :)

If going for sightseeing, you can go to places that are free admission like Southern Ridges, Botanic Garden.

For meal expenses, one meal in a food court (aka. hawker centre) will cost you about $3-6 per person. One meal in a mid-range restaurant can cost about $20/person plus 10% service charge and 7% Goods and Services Tax. Transport-wise, you'll probably be getting an ez-link card, that's the card you use to board all buses and trains. Top it up at any MRT station with cash, and one trip will cost anywhere between 70 cents to 2 dollars depending on distance. Check the SBS or SMRT websites for more details and trip planning.

Entry to attractions cost differing prices; the zoo and bird park will cost more than say, the national museum or art museum. The zoo is still worth visiting though, it is a wonderful experience with animals all in environments close to their natural habitats.

If you are staying at a hotel around town area then expect to pay approximately 200-350sgd per room per night for a 3-4 star hotel. All rooms are inclusive of breakfast. However, there are still some budget hotels around town too at about 100-140 per night, depending on location.

Food wise, I will strongly encourage to go to places like Balestier for the famous Bak Kut Teh, a pork rib herbal soup dish with rice & Boon Tong Kee Chicken Rice. You can also visit Chinatown's Hawker centre for a great variety of local fares, Char Kway teow ( Fried Broad Rice Noodles), Porridge, Dim Sum. Or if you are more adventourous, go to Geylang and try som durians, Frog Leg Porridge, Oyster Omelette, Black fermented Beans Beef Horfun & Pig's Intestine soup.

Not to forget Katong, where you can find delicious Peranakan food, there's a nice cozy pub in Katong Village call 57Chevy's with super affordable drinks and great live band.

Places of attraction are plenty, there's more than you can find walking along every road, they all tells a story.

Hope you'll enjoy ur stay in Singapore!

Hi. Your question title asked for 15 days but the question itself asked for one week. For a single traveller, you'll need about US$500 per week's stay in a 3-star hotel such as Hotel 81.
3 meals - US$200 (mainly hawker food and includes 2-3 good meals in hotels)
Transport - US$120 (trains and buses)
There are many places of attraction in Singapore that do not require admission fees. Hence, this amount depends on how many and which attractions you intend to visit.
Above estimates do not include shopping money.
Hope that helps.
