Mohamed Sultan Road off River Valley Road and Clarke Quay are homes to pubs to throw darts being available. Novotel Orchid has a very good live band pub. Visiting Harry's is a good idea.

There's an Australian Pub named Downunder Bar.
It's at 400 Orchard Road, #04-24 Orchard Towers.
It has beer on the tap, pool table & also the dart board.
