    • If you are looking for fast food in Sofia then one of my favourite places is Tsentraini Hali. Reopened in May 2000, after three years of restoration work, the Tsentralni Hali offers a clean, well-organised, modern version of the bazaar market shopping experience. Stalls on ground floor sell fruit and vegetables, local cheeses, olives, wine and spirits, plus an array of breads and pastries, kitchen items and a whole list of many other items. The upper level is given over to fast food individual businesses sell pizza, salads, kebabs and a large selection of other fast food also there is a large seating area which looks down on all the shops below, I find it a great place to have a rest from shopping in the city and have a quick bite to eat. Tsentraini Hali is well worth a visit if it's only for the architecture of the place it reminds me of an old English Victorian railway station. Tsentraini Hali can be found at no 28 Mariya Luiza it's opposite the only working mosque in Bulgaria and Serdika Metro station is just up the street.
