You may use your bike from airport to Central Train Station - see route - https://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=Sofia+Airport,+Balgarija&daddr=42.6764512,23.3704421+to:42.690003,23.3401612+to:42.695985,23.3471101+to:42.69673,23.33613+to:42.69798,23.32235+to:%D0%B1%D1%83%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%B2%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%B4+%D0%9A%D0%BD%D1%8F%D0%B3%D0%B8%D0%BD%D1%8F+%D0%9C%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%B8%D1%8F+%D0%9B%D1%83%D0%B8%D0%B7%D0%B0&hl=bg&ie=UTF8&ll=42.69827,23.326464&spn=0.036902,0.077162&sll=42.694927,23.345776&sspn=0.036904,0.077162&geocode=FepqiwIdmCplASHBwYTegK3pqw%3BFeMwiwIdyppkASkL0MR-3IWqQDHRz5IxEqAAEw%3BFdNliwIdgSRkASlBiBAdn4WqQDHxeJQxEqAAEw%3BFTF9iwIdpj9kASmF8DZRg4WqQDERBpUxEqAAEw%3BFRqAiwIdwhRkASkF2Lhxd4WqQDExfLExEqAAEw%3BFfyEiwId7t5jASkd4uPdboWqQDFRArIxEqAAEw%3BFda5iwIdmtNjAQ&oq=Train+Station,+sofia&t=h&mra=dpe&mrsp=4&sz=14&via=1,2,3,4,5&z=14

Its between 9 to 13 km depending on the choice of road. We have a few km bike roads only on Evlogy and Hristo Georgievy Blvd. and in Zaimov/Oborishte city park.
With bus you to take 284 bus to Orlov most/ Eagle bridge, and 213 or 214 to Central train station.

Is cheap to buy ticket in train for bike - its 2 lv./1 eu., rather than as a package, which costs 3,10-3,70 lv./ 2 eu.
So unpacked the bike at the airport and go with it to Kyustendil...
